There is a site as www.coalindia.org for the employees of Coal India Limited.

Quite interesting !

Never before by any Govt sector or any PSU have thought so.

Interestingly, www.coalindia.org site is developed by an employee of Coal India Ltd.

Amazing. Awesome!

This employee partnered with GOOGLE (the world leader internet company) for developing this site.

www.Coalindia.org site used the Gmail webmail platform and structure for its own mail system. Where an employee can create own email id as ownname@coalindia.org

Only difference is where as in Gmail any person can register online but in www.coalindia.org registration is limited with manual verification as per company records. Its means only employees can use the email feature. It is obvious too.

www.Coalindia.org offers an unique feature – create a website to Coal India employees with URL as www.employeename.coalindia.org

Here at www.coalindia.org anyone can submit their posts, Blogs, articles and can crate their groups and discuss any topic.

Here at www.coalindia.org anyone can chat with other online colleagues with audio and video.
